HEAVY DUTY UPHOLSTERY FABRIC - TREATED TO WITHSTAND OUTDOOR weather on your FURNITURE!

54" Wide x 94" Long

It is heavy, heavy, duty! Water resistant, tear resistant, and cleans up after the worst of the outdoors (even bird poo) with a hose or the wipe of a cloth. Fade resistant.

I recovered my outdoor furniture almost 3 years ago and purchased extra fabric anticipating occational repairs or replacements. MY OUTDOOR FURNITURE STILL LOOKS GREAT! So I don't need the fabric.

Cost new was $87.95/yd - I have receipt.

It will last a long time. I bought this and recovered my patio & outdoor bar furniture almost three years ago. I had putchased extra, thinking that pieces would need occational repairs, etc. I was extremely surprised ...that it is still really close to the original fabric! Hardly no fading & absolutely no tears or wear showing. Mine has been washed off with a hose, left in the sun for months at a time, and has lived through many many many patio parties, pets, & children. It was certainly worth the effort it took for me to reupholster!!!!
