this is a gorgeous black and white flowing skirt by George M E designs by Mark Eisen woman. the size is 22w. the inside lining measures 26in from waist to bottom of lining. the outer skirt measures anywhere between 28 - 30 because the bottom of the skirt is scalloped and wide. a beautiful addition to any closet.
