Comes with Wall charger, usb cord, stand, instructions and box. It does turn on and works normally. I have downloaded some items like ebay, facebook, and angry birds on it already. I used this item only a couple of times. Something happened when it was put away and the glass screen is now cracked. It still responds to touch in certain areas or when you rotate it. The screen will have to be replaced. I have an android phone so I just don't want to deal with having it fixed. Comes with everything pictured. Free USA shipping. Please do not bid if not in the USA.

it turns on and the touch screen works except around the cracks, when i used it after it was broken I was able to sign into everything it just took forever because i had to keep rotating the screen.
To play games or dont want to deal with flipping the screen all the time you will need to get the screen fixed.
