How many inches is it? And does the mouth move?

No I don't think his mouth moves. He doesn't do anything I believe. He just has an old crooked neck that needs a little love repair. On the inches let me find out. He's pretty good size. I estimate at least 12-15inches. No more than 18. I will check.

Do you know from what show he is from? I'm trying to remember and it's racking my brain!
