Winner will receive ALL the MINI memo sheets shown in the photo. I didn't count them and will not because there's just too many as you can see. There's a lot more sentimental circus memo (there are different designs) sheets. You can give it out as thank you, re-list, or do as you please with them.

According to Listia rules, directly from the website: You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the listed item gets to the winner.

You are responsible for lost packages. That's why Listia highly recommends the seller to send their item with tracking.

I do state that but I always have tracking on my packages (I always track my packages and keep the customers updated or vise versa). Unless it's small/flat/light weight then I use a regular small envelope w/o tracking (always letting the customers know, it'll be with/without tracking) but most/all of the time I have always provided tracking. I always try my best to provide them with same (if I have more) items or returned credits. I never want anyone to be unsatisfied.

I hope in the future you don't accuse someone else of something when you don't know.
