Baseball season is near and tonight, we're listing a couple more 1971 Topps Baseball trading cards. These "black beauties" aren't Mint, but they are getting harder to find and remain a favorite of baseball card collectors more than 40 years after their release.

This one features Wade Blasingame, a native of Deming, New Mexico, who prepped at Roosevelt High School in Fresno, California, prior to his pro career. He was a pitcher for the Milwaukee / Atlanta Braves from 1963-67 and the Houston Astros from '67 to '72 before finishing out his career in pinstripes pitching his last game for the New York Yankees on September 22, 1972.
