This is an antique " Blue Willow" pattern bowl.It was made by " Staffordshire William Adams".
It measures 6 ' in dia.
It is marked on the bottom in blue.
There is wear on the rim.
The two white spots you see are not chips, they are part of the rim wear.
There are no chips or cracks to this very old piece.
