This auction is for the Jan. 16, 1943 issue of Science News Letter Magazine featuring "Radio For War" on the cover. Articles include "Radio Transmitters Help to Fight the War at Sea", "Flying Fortress Designer Given Sperry Award" (the winner got a whopping $250 cash along with the award!); and "About 3,000,000 Women Now in War Work" among other articles about science during the war year of 1943. This is the original magazine and not a reprint.
