The listing, Wow! Rare 1st Edition/1st Print UK British Edition of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince has ended.

I am giving away a used Hardcover British copy of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince! It is a first edition/first print, as the copyright page says "First Edition." It is used and it comes with a dust cover. The 1st pic is of the book with the dust cover and the 2nd pic is of the book without the dust cover. The first 6 pics show little "scrapes/dings" on the outer edges of the book, and the last 9 pics show little tears and wrinkles in the book's dust cover. Notice that the book still has it's original price tag of16.99 pounds on it in the 13th pic, which means that it's not price clipped! Pics 9-11 show a little tear along the inside of the cover. There are no pages to my knowledge missing, and the binding is tight. No pages are coming loose or falling out. None of the pages are wrinkled. The edges of the book are a little bit discolored. I tried to take a pic of the discoloration in pics 6 & 8, but it doesn't really show very well in the pics.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is the sixth book of the Harry Potter series, and it was first published in England by Bloomsbury books in 2005. Please note that this is the original British version of the book and it is published by Bloomsbury; it's not the Scholastic version. It's actually pretty uncommon to find.

I ran out of room, LOL. First edition/first print hardback Bloomsbury published Harry Potter books (and 1st ed./1st print hardback books in general) tend to be hard to find and are the most collectible. Also, I know that this is a true first edition, first print book because of the "First Edition" print on the copyright page. Not all first edition/first print books are printed with "First Edition", but when they do have this printed (without a number line and with only one single publishing date), it means that the book is both a first edition and a first print. Oh, good question! I tend to not ship to foreign countries because the S&H is so expensive, even without tracking. I checked the price to ship from the US to UK on http://www.usps.com (the US post office's website), and it would cost me (at a minimum) $16.95 to ship without tracking. If I include tracking (I always include tracking when I ship in the US), then it would cost me $47.95! I wouldn't want to ship this to you without tracking, so I won't be able to ship this to the UK. I'm sorry. If S&H weren't so darn expensive, I would totally ship it to you.

I'm sorry that you don't have enough credits for it. It came from England. I used to be in the Army, and one of my best friends is currently stationed in England. She loves books, and she hooks me up. :)
