Ha ha! You crack me up :-) It's a tire gauge- you put it on the stem (where you put the air in) and the white thing at the bottom pops out to tell you how much air is in your tire. It's a good listing though; I already have one. And if you have Sheetz gas stations or Giant Eagle GetGo, they tell you how much air to put in your tire so you wouldn't need this anyway. Fanned you!
