This Blue Topaz pendant is not for the timid. this is a HUGE pendant, it would fit great on an omega style necklace or thick herringbone, I would not recommended a, small chain. It originally came on a black silk cord which was equally beautiful. I have had this for years and not a big jewelry person so only wore a few times, It is not 14K gold but it has never turned or tarnished.

No it is a synthetic stone, but I have owned for a while and it still shines like a topaz
