I am thinking that this is probably a brass band inside the ring I only see a arrow then the #12 so I am sure it means that it is a size 12 ring . Sorry as I stated above that it’s got a 12 inside so I am really not sure except that my husband wears a size 9.5 ring and it’s big on his finger so I can only say the 12 is most likely the size.
