Shipping will be free in a regular envelope without a DC. If you want a DC then you will have to pay to have it shipped in a different envelope that qualifies for first class and will include DC. Payable by paypal.

I have a 100% feedback rating, and pride myself on good customer service. I put tracking numbers on ALL packages so that once it leaves my hands I know that the post office will get it delivered or I'll have a valid claim against them. This protects me, as well as the receiver of the product. But if a tracking number tells me that you received it and you file false claims against me either with listia (or paypal if you are required to pay shipping) I will not work with you again. This has happened to me recently and if a tracking number says DELIVERED it is out of my hands. With that said, if you are not satisfied with what you received because of something that I did not write at all or make clear in the description please speak to me before you leave negative feedback. I'll do what I can to make it right.
