This is a vintage costume piece no markings. If I List anything real gold or silver, believe me Rachel I’m going to post that LITTLE DETAIL LOL! Thanks for asking! But If you collect you may be able to find the designer. I might try to. Lots of them weren’t stamped early on. About a year ago I had this neat rhinestone bow and I just thought I gotta find out who designed this piece. Took me a while but I found the Same Exact One to the tee but mine wasn’t signed and this was (Weiss) that was pretty cool. So with Vintage Or Antique Jewelry Some of the Non Signed ones are worth more then some Signed. Thanks again!(hugs)!
