I don't understand, hinged? They have never been used if thats what you mean.

Wow, "hinged" means have they ever been put into a stamp album using a stamp "hinge", usually yellow or light green in color, you can usually see remnants of the hinge or a spot on at least one of the stamps where the glue is not ALL SHINY OR PERFECT. I take it you are not a collector yourself? Hope this helps!

No. i'm not a collector. I bought these to use for mailing but thought someone might be a collector out there and they are just too pretty to stick on the outsode of a letter. Several people explained what hinged means, and no, they have never been hinged. Hope this information is helpful

Patti-unused --can mean lightly hinged or some change in the gum---mint refers to none of those--mnh
