shoulder to hem is 26 inches
22 inches where that bottom ruffle meets the bodice, so the bodice is bigger than that under the arm pits.

This has the black inset so that measures arm pit to arm pit is approximately 4 more inches as it actually flares out leaving it at 30 inches. Hope that helps
