Yes, it is a very pale yellow, tried to get better pics but it is very brillante, the pic of it on my finger shows a bit better :)

It could easily be re-sized and yes it is vintage, this was given to me by a friend many years ago and I can no longer wear silver (allergic), have not worn it in many years, so I have been sharing all my silver :)
