BNIP: Brand New In Package: a beautiful blue enamel Cowboy Hat Pin. It has nine very nice diamond rhinestones set in layered 18kt gold. The enamel is handpainted. This item has NEVER been removed from the package, even for pictures. It has always been well-kept, in a cool comfortable place for it. It has rarely seen the light of day, so the rhinestones are still very beautiful and sparkly. (The pix are an injustice to this piece!) I put several pictures bc I was trying to show the beauty of the stones. I showed the back to prove this item has never been removed from the package. I have one identical to this, and love it. Made in China. The last pic is my sweet, and beautiful cat, Sable. (NO, sorry she's not available). lol =D
