This print for its words, you can thank my Grandfather and my Mother, as it was a fave saying of them both, and they were right.

As we can handle any two out of three, tired, hungry or lonely, its only when we try and do all three of them, at the SAME time, that we get in trouble. :)

So a gentle reminder, to always find a way to take care of at least one of these things, then you CAN handle the other two ...
