The box and the instructions are original, but have moisture damage from my Crock Pot being on the shelf above where I stored this. This Item is Brand new. My Mom bought it and used it a few times, but then gave it to me before she moved to Florida.

There is no need to pay shipping if you are in Olmsted Falls. I can meet you at Westgate or Great Northern if it will save you money. I think by the weight it is going to cost about 8 or 9 dollars to mail. BTW, I talked to my Mom and she said she never used the item.

Is the basket and handle that you lift the food up to drain there? I don't see it in the picture. Thanks!

There is not a basket, however, there is a bucket with a pour spout to pour out the oil after use. The spoon is included and looks like it is used to pull the food from the bucket. If you look in the picture the gray bucket in the deep fryer is what I am talking about, it does not lift out of the Deep Fryer though. The spoon seems like it would get the job done though.
