Great variety for cooking, garnish, dips, coctails etc. Utah Tall is a common celery found in most grocery stores. It's sturdy enough to hold peanut butter to a cream cheese dip to holding up in a lovely hot soup or cold salad. It's one of the most diverse celery's sold around the world and it comes directy from good ol' USA.

I'm a simple backyard gardener. Be sure to check with your local Post Office regarding importing of agriculture / vegetable seeds of any variety.

Start seeds when weather has warmed so crop matures in fall. Mature celery lasts into winter with light frost protection. It's best to start celery seeds in trays. Celery seeds are extremely small. Can be grown as an indoor container garden as well. Be sure to give it plenty of sun. Place near direct sunlight.

The leaves have just as much flavour as the rest of the plant does. Many cooks like to snip the tops for cooking, new leaves will sprout.

*Another thing people don't know is if you cut about four inches above the roots/stalk, the celery will continue to grow.
