Description

The listing, WOW APPLE MACBOOK 13 2.0 DUO CORE [A1181] MODEL has ended.

what we have here is a apple macbook 13 inch 2.0 duo core i can't turn it on because i dont have a charger this is the A1181 mackbook THIS WAS THE NOV ISSUE THAT WAS DISCOUT. IN MAY. OF 2007 THE SYSTEM WAS FORMATTED BEFORE I TOOK IT OUT FROM THE OFFICE. AND THEY NEEDED THE CHARGER
The Apple MacBook "Core 2 Duo" 2.0 13-Inch (Black) features a 2.0 GHz Intel "Core 2 Duo" processor (T7200), with two independent processor "cores" on a single silicon chip, a 4 MB shared "on chip" level 2 cache, a 667 MHz frontside bus, 1 GB of 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM (PC2-5300) installed in pairs (two 512 MB modules), a 120.0 GB Serial ATA (5400 RPM) hard drive with "Sudden Motion Sensor" technology, a 6X dual-layer write DVD±RW/CD-RW SuperDrive, an Intel GMA 950 integrated "graphics processor with 64 MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory", and a 13.3" widescreen TFT active-matrix "glossy" display (1280x800 native resolution).
The MacBook "Late 2006 Core 2 Duo" series shares the same easy to upgrade case design as the original MacBook models, and connectivity likewise includes AirPort Extreme (although the "Late 2006" models support 802.11n -- as well as 802.11g -- after a firmware upgrade), Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, Gigabit Ethernet, a FireWire "400" port, two USB 2.0 ports, optical digital audio in/out, and video out capabilities (mini-DVI) that supports an external display.

The MacBook "Late 2006 Core 2 Duo" and original "Core Duo" models also share the same "scrolling TrackPad", built-in iSight video camera, Apple Remote for use with Apple Front Row software, "MagSafe" power connector, "flush against the bed" keyboard that does not touch the screen, and "no moving parts" magnetic latch that "catches without a catch"

So for sure it works with a charger? and it stays on without a charger pluged in all the time? The reason im asking is becuase im looking for a computer for my son and need to know that all it will need is a plug becuase i dont know to much about computers. Nice auction by the way!

I'm confused....you said you used this about 3 mo.s ago, how was it charged then? And if someone did bid and win...What happens if they have charger and purchase one, yet it won't turn on, Do you refund the credits? I'm new to Listia, and don't know.
Thank You : )

Hi, just outta curiousity... dreams94 asked does it have leopard, snow leopard or lion and I noticed that your response was "leopard... if not lion". However, in the description, you mentioned that this Mac was formatted prior to you removing it from the office. Did you reinstall an O/S (Operating System) onto this Mac or will the winner receive it blank and will have to install the O/S themselves? Thanks in advance for your response. F&W! ~JG~

No way I'm going to be able to build up enough credits, though. This sucker retails for $630 and the charger is only $40.
Good luck, you should get a buttload of credits...
