You can use the earbuds on an iphone or ipod, but not the remote control portion, which is PSP only.

Excellent question, bobomb!! From the looks of the plug, I think it should work perfectly. It appears to be a totally standard stereo headphone plug. But I can't test it to be 100% sure, since I don't have my PSP any longer.
