Building my doll house from ground up, was one of the hardest but fun things I have ever done !! It's not completly done. It's just like real houses, always things to fix or change !! Glad to see other doll housers. It's a dying hobbie. At least from the generations below me..

Neither. This is scaled to 1/12 in the dollhouse world. For example : Barbie couldn't stand in room, she would have to be less than half her size to fit. Ken too !!!! LOL
Also, if you are thinking in terms for play things for young ones, I wouldn't reccomend it because, #1 choking parts (made of wood) #2 paint, (could be injested),and #3,they are more of a collectable accessorie and expensive !!! I hope this helps.Thanks for asking !!! and looking...
