wrap a tape measure around your wrist and guess the band size by comparison.

thanks for the help, I did not have a tape measure, but bought one. My wrist measures 7" around, I actually thought I had a larger wrist then that as I am not a small guy, but the watches fit my wrist.

Do you have a tape measure??? That will measure how long it is??? Or even a Dollar bill will tell you Its 6 in. and half of one or etc. Hope it helps!
