i am not sure if this vera is vera wang, but this company has a whole line of very unique purses.

this purse reminds me of a guess purse.

the one i found on ebay retailed for $19.00.

measurements are
14 inches in length at the bottom and 4 1/2 inches wide
about 8 inches tall
the handles are 18 inches long.

perfect for organization,
it has a zipper closure with 1 zipper pocket creating 2 compartments and another zipper pocket on the inside.
it also has 2 tiny pockets for lip balm or keys♡
