I think this is a vintage piece but I am not sure

comes with a belt

this was sitting in my mom's closet and has never been worn.
this does have a few small holes in the lining.
(that is why I am having the starting credits so low.
But every thing else no holes in the pocket or anything like that.
this Is a cute outfit.
