Let me just put it out there that I am not a leather banded watch type of person. I prefer bracelet types of watches. I don't think I EVER work this watch, which was a gift from my husband. Literally the protective sticker is still on the back.It is black leather, brand is Skagen (which is a great brand) google it. And it has diamonds (don't think are real, but look real.)
From my research it looks like this brand with a leather band and square face surrounded by diamonds is going anywhere from $80 to $100
IT DOES NEED A NEW BATTERY.
