Questions & Comments
2 seeds.... , , thats the size of 2 seeds, used to work in a greenhouse.
and very beautiful, do you know the hybrid/ company. I used to work for Ball Seed co. west chicago , Il they were the hybriders of the original white marigold!!!!
I don't care if the seeds work or not it isn't costing me to try. They are for my son who has decided he NEEDS a little greenhouse and HAS to grow petunias in it.
I don't think pamj2 is trying to purposely mislead anyone in this auction. But I do not think you are allowed to send emails to bidders to try to "ruin" some ones auction- Sunflower3- like I said it isn't costing anything to try -
I researched the strain and I have an answer for you on whether or not the seeds will sprout. The Black Velvet Petunia is a HYBRID developed by Burpee seeds. You can expect unexpected results from planting seeds from a this hybrid- they might not sprout at all, they might sprout and develope a black flowering plant, or they might sprout and grow into lord knows what version of petunia- any variations of the parent plants used to develope the black strain. I don't know about you, but I think it could be a lot of fun to win them and see what springs up!
Wow! Not for anything I just learned about two plants- a black petunia and a white marigold? I don't think the info was meant to hurt but to inform-It wouldn't stop me from bidding if I had enough credits.
