I recommend to look at some "trained" artists work before jumping into this field...
checkout sunqueenart.com, I know for a fact that she was "trained" to be an artist starting in kindergarten in the former USSR. Regardless to that , she has a darn hard time to make a living with it and supports her family doing contract interpreting Russian / Ukrainian to English. No offense intended... the term "starving artists" has some truth to it. Best of luck to you..

thanks for ur opinion. but ive been painting for many years and do very good at it. this is not how i make a living. its something i do because i love to paint. and if someone likes my paintings, then im willing to sell them. so, starving artists, doesnt apply to me.
