Flat rate shipping will have to be $11.35. I'm not sure of how much it weighs, but it's measurement are about 5 1/2 inches tall and 5 inches wide and will require a medium flat rate box. And if you're way out there, I'm assuming it'd be cheaper to ship flat rate than trying to pay exact for a apprioximately 2-3lb breakable cross-country. =)
A note to bidders! Just so you are aware, the globe is at least 4 years old. I bought it used. Also, my husband noticed that some of the sparkles in the globe have clumped together. I hope it isn't a big deal, but I thought I'd share the info. Thanks!
Xiamara , Do you still have the styro foam packaging that it originally came in ? ...Flat rate is usually only good if you have a real heavy item ... it is better and cheaper to ship the other way ...just make sure you put fragile all over the box or let the postal worker stamp it fragile ...if not the original box and styro foam ..wrap in bubble wrap a couple times ...Thanks < Jacquie
I wish I still haad the origional packaging. But I planned on getting it wrapped well in bubble wrap and packing peanuts and having it secure in the box. I wouldn't want to give someone a broken item. =)
