Size Large Wet Seal strapless. I think it's crocheted? It has a ring in the middle and a small leather type of strap that ties around your neck. It's brown, tan, and green multi colored. A very beautiful piece, it just simply doesn't fit me and has just been sitting in my drawer. It angles at the bottom as well. I received it used, but there are no defects, rips, holes, or stains. I think it may be to small for a 38c. That's about what my mom is and it was to small on her in the breasts so she gave it to me and it was to big. I'm a 32b so it would fit someone between those sizes the best. HAHA!
