The Snuzzler, by Kiddopotamus and Summer brand. A two piece cushion that sits in the car seat for added support. The two pieces velcro together so you can adjust the height of the head support. It says from birth to 5 years, but I can't imagine anyone using it that long! My daughter was only 6lbs. 11 oz. when born and the head support in the infant car seat wasn't enough for her. She used it until about 10 lbs and didn't seem to need it anymore.

There is small stain on the right hand side, but it is clean. It should come out with some spot remover.
