I don't mean to sound ugly but I don't think you can change it from free shipping after you get your first bid, so if you do not want free shipping you should go and do an edit and take it out, or otherwise if someone bids they can rightfully hold you to the free shipping

I know what yr saying about not being able to afford shipping but look at it from both sides....what about those who provide free shipping on their auctions? Is that fair to expect them to pay shipping for others auctions? That's like paying double.
