I had to take this information from Apple since my earbuds are BRAND NEW AND STILL SEALED - FROM APPLE! So since I couldn't provide an honest review and description I felt it best that they come from the manufacturer.

Earbuds are completely authentic Apple and the back of the case has the Apple logo on it. Nothing wrong with them I can safely assume since they came out of the box for an iPhone 6 we bought as a gift less than 6 months ago from AT&T. Based on the purchase date they are still under the manufacturer's 1 year warranty for another 5 - 6 months. They are currently for sale on Apple's website and in store for $29.99.
