Hi there the Brown and orange (Root Beer Bear colors) is a 3X and is 30 inches from shoulder to hem. The white one with lace tie up front is size 26/28 is 27 inches from shoulder to hem. The white slinky one is a 4X i believe and is 29 inches from shoulder to hem and the pink one is a 4X and is 30 inches from shoulder to hem OK

I do not but these tops are light and put in bubble wrap envelopes if the cost is less than 6 dollars you pay that rate if it's more than 6 you pay the 6 dollars

No it's not every item is weighed and then measured and then figured out for cost these tops go into bubble wrap envelopes and range between 5-7 dollars so I'm going to split the difference and charge 6 dollars if the parcel is less you'll pay the lower price but if it's more you'll pay the 6 dollars
