What is Hospice?

The hospice philosophy maintains end-of-life care should emphasize quality of life. At its core is the belief each individual has the right to die pain-free with dignity, and families and friends should receive the necessary support to allow the individual to do so.

Hospice is about the time between an individual's life-threatening diagnosis and death. The goal is to treat the person, not just the disease. It involves a team approach to care, including expert medical care and pain management with emotional and spiritual support.

Many times individuals donate items to Hospice to be auctioned off to help those who have no insurance, as no one is ever turned away.

Questions & Comments

Is all the jewelry your showing in the pictures costume jewelry? What is it made out of? Mainly mickle, copper, steering silver, stainless or something else?
I have really sensitive skin and don't want to turn green or my ears to swell, itch and then bleed. I have to be very careful what type of jewelry I put on.

Yes it is all costume. We list Sterling and Gold in auctions by them self. This is more for the collector or retro/vintage (some new) costume jewelry or for someone to resale. You would likely have an adverse reaction if you wore these pieces. Thanks for asking.
