United States postage Maiden Voyage collector cover. 1940's *FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE Free shipping worldwide. *With destinations outside the US there is a high prevalence of complaints that the item never arrived. Whereas on eBay I only had one such complaint and that item was returned to me. I will ship everywhere in the world but I am not responsible for items once they leave the continental United States. In cases where it is warranted I will acquire a proof of mailing for $1.15. Postage costs $1.05 for a total of $2.20 out of my pocket to send items outside the US. Items that are not of premium value will be shipped direct mail with a scan showing the envelope mailed. That's the best I can do for out of the United States wins. If this is not sufficient I will have to limit my auctions.

Very nice! I see your new statement..usually the ones claiming they didn't get it..are
the scammers!! I've never had a problem getting mine that you sent...and if I did..I
would accept full responsablity for it! I've never filled a complaint! Not many people
can claim that on Listia!! China Mike

I haven't filed a complaint either. There are a lot of scammers and you really have to watch your back. But there are many many many more good solid people from everywhere in the world. And I actually dig getting bidders from around the world. It helps us all break down barriers and connect on levels that bypass our myopically oriented respective governments.

I can dig it. I just won a so called pearl ring with CZ in silver. Fake pearl. fake CZ and probably fake silver. I filed no complaint but I will talk about it. I know that 99% of my out of country bidders are top of the line, I just posted that disclaimer for the 1% and to vent as well. Just shipped a batch out one of which is yours. Have a good time.
