good evening all. i'will try to put in a better description for my next auction,yes it works no it's not new i used it a few time on my terrier but i lost him last yr when he got loose and hit by a car,i don't have the heart to replace him .it does make a humming noise if your pet doesn't like those kind of sound.and it will take a few times of trying before they let you use them on them just because it's new to them .once my scooter got used to it he would lay down for me.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. My cat of 12 years died a few days after Xmas. I will never get another cat again.
