ok so I HATE having to add this but unfortuanally b/c of annoying dishonest people I have to. It is NOT my fault if the postal system ruins your package or it gets lost in the mail. Take it up with them. I take great pride in my auctions and in packing my things like I would like to receive them. I write DO NOT BEND on everything in RED so they can notice it. Not my fault if they don't. If there machine rips the enevelope and your missing things again NOT my fault. I will ALWAYS work with people but I'm not giving you your credits back and then you keep the stuff anyways b/c they ruined it. If you don't like this DO NOT BID. If you want delivery confirmation to avoid this getting lost in the mail. Then YOU pay for it. I'm not working and stamps are expensive enough. I offer free shipping b/c so many other people do and why should I expect something if I'm not willing to do the same. And people communication is a MUST. Its not fair that if I send you an email and you never respond then complain b/c your stuff hasn't shipped. Read your messages. For those of you that are honest and return customers THANK YOU. I'm happy that you like my stuff so much to come back. Thanks for bidding.
