I am having a hard time understanding the size of the shirt. Is it neck size 16? or a boys size 16 (which fits a 12 year old boy usually) When you say the chest is 24", how did you measure that? Is that only one width, so maybe 48" all the way around counting the front and the back of the shirt. Is it a small medium or large man's shirt?

Yes this is a mans shirt , it is definitely way to big to be a young boys shirt. the tag says "16 then under that it says half sleeve. So I am sorry for the misunderstanding but I post it as I see it on the tag :) The chest size is measured from armpit to armpit straight across the chest so yes you are correct to say it would be 48" "around" the whole chest part of the shirt. It does not state a size of S,M,or L I am sorry but it formally fit my boyfriend whom normally wears a size Medium shirt , if that helps. I am sorry I hope I have been able to clarify your inquires :) but unfortunately again I am only stsaing the facts as they are shown on the tags. Thank you :)
