never used. missing step one. i had bought one for my self and used two step ones because i have long hair. step one was to be used on damaged hair but i noticed where ever i had applied it, it didn't color my hair from there and where ever i didn't apply it..it colored my hair golden brown.

yes. just missing the pre color lotion thingy....which i did not find useful at all.
