I mail thru USPS, regular first class mail, not overnight, not priority mail either nor am I putting tracking on it unless you wish to pay for it. Many times it takes more than 3 weeks to get items thru the mail. By bidding on my listings, YOU AGREE not to file a dispute for at least 21 days after the mailing date of the auction item. If you file a dispute in that time frame, I will dispute it as you have been given my terms in writing. It has taken at times 30 days for me to receive some items from my fellow listians. These are a type of basil, there are more than 50 types of basil. You can use it in cooking but this particular basil has a lot of medicinal values.
