It is 100% cotton....machine wash & dry.
A cute summer outfit, light in color and durable for funtime. It is a Small, but I would say small to medium. The top can be worn as a jacket or blouse. It would look really cute with a tank top and used as a jacket. It has breast pockets and side slant pockets. The skirt has elastic waist with draw strings.
