Hi, yes, it has a switch that you turn on and then will start change colors. it takes 2 little circle batteries that is included..

@ MEGAN1990.......if is the one kind like what i got but in a duck you just put it in your hand and it has a little sensor in the bottom that when the light is cover it will react, they are so coll couse they flash change color so it wont stay just one color, it changes to red, blue and green. nice listing. never saw this in ebay so will try to win for my baby....
