This is a pair (2) clear acrylic rheinstone plugs. I won these off here but am now at a 0 gauge. These only come with 1 pair (2) O-rings. I onlt wore o-rings on the backs and lost the other two the came with :( Be careful these have no flares. But they're so cute, I wore them to a job interview and she couldn't even tell I had stretched lobes!
