No they are not except i spilled over the Sugar plum slightly so i guess that can be count as being used. You can tell in the second picture, but besides that everything is new.

Well theClaiborne purse is 5inches tall by like 10inches long. And the Macys bag is about 10 1/2 inches tall by 11inches long.
