You will receive the item pictured. The iPod works. There are no screen or battery issues...other than a couple of light scratches on the screen from normal use. There are other scuffs and scratches on the iPod from normal use.The audio jack works fine. There is only one issue and it's with the back button (reverse button). It does not seem to work. All other buttons and functions of the iPod work just fine.

I will not reset this to factory settings. I will leave that up to the new owner. Once you restore the factory settings you will probably have to update it to the current software version.

This does not come with a charger or USB cable. What you see is what you get.
