So I know that it is Sterling Silver underneath the gold color..
The stones are not real diamonds they are CZ.

The main stone in the ring measures 1/4 in by 1/4 inch. The 2 smaller stones on either side measure 1/8 inch each. The back of the ring is open for the stones to breath
