If Activation Lock is on, it's an immediate red flag. An iPhone that has been Activation Cloud Locked can only be unlocked with the iCloud credentials of its owner. Therefore, buying an iCloud locked phone is equivalent to buying a very expensive paperweight. Occasionally a seller might forget to deactivate their iCloud account through Find My iPhone before handing it over. Or plain forget the code. ** Seller, if you're original owner, Take it to your carrier and have them help you unlock. Only original owner can. You'll save someone a ton of time and hassle. And you'll make more money on what I'm sure is a Great Phone :)
I bought this from an eBay seller who bought it from someone else long time ago who he doesn't remember who he bought it from and can't get me the icloud account
